Who will undertake the work for me?
You will be allocated a client manager who will be a qualified accountant. They will liaise directly with you.
All work we undertake for you will be completed by or supervised by a qualified accountant.

When will I pay you?
A fixed fee for the work to be undertaken will be agreed at the outset. You will pay us by monthly standing order.
The fee will be reviewed at the end of the first year and agreed for the next year.
If you are not happy you may cancel at the end of the year. We are certain that once you experience our value for money service you will not wish to change!

What size of business do you undertake work for?
Our clients vary from small sole-trader businesses to much larger businesses employing many people.
We have no minimum or maximum size. Our parent company Dataplan Payroll Limited processes payrolls for extremely large organisations and has won national awards for the service it provides.

Does your fee include all of the services you have mentioned?
The choice of which of our services you use is entirely up to you.
When you request a quote from us you will fill in our quotation menu.
We will provide you with a quote for the services you have requested.
You can add further services later if you wish and we will revise your quote accordingly.

What is the best time for you to take over my accounts and book-keeping etc?
We like to get involved as soon as possible.
If your records are not up to date, we will give you a fixed price to bring you completely up to date.
Any fee incurred to get you up to date will be incorporated into your first year's fixed fee and will be paid by monthly standing order.
It is important that your business records are kept up to date to enable you to accurately monitor your performance and comply with deadlines for VAT and taxation etc.

How do we pass over information to you to undertake the work?
We will agree this with you at the outset.
We will provide you with a schedule of the information we require and by which dates in the year.
